Start Making a ChangeTM

We have been partnering with the University of Ottawa to develop a number of resources and tools to help foster mental well-being over the long term. The goal of the Start Making a ChangeTM progam is to provide individulals with a range of activities, each of which can be completed in just minutes a day and can help you  imrprove their mental well being. Some of the activities require registraiont, such as Activity #5 (the Stick-to-the-facts workshop). Others, such as Activity #1 (Learn about self-help strategies), Activity #2 (the MyHealth Phone App), Activity #3 (MyHealth Magazine), can be started right away.
